The maintenance guys and office staff a really really nice and professional. They've been doing great work to improve the complex and it looks awesome. Barrington is in the perfect area with great landscaping and nice apartments.

Overall great! Office staff are very professional and maintance are great. I love the area I'm in. I like how fast things are fixed when there are issues and I like how bright the apartments are at night makes me feel safe

Apartment complex is ideally located; grounds are regularly maintained, and very clean. Apartments are fairly priced, well maintained. All the amenities - like pool, club house, and exercise room are well maintained. And, finally, all apartment staff are very helpful when needed, and all available in support of all my needs as they might develop.

So far the complex is very clean and lots of people are outside walking their pet so it's a friendly area to be outside since there are sidewalks in grassy areas. My apartment is spacious and I like the color scheme.
